I am currently organising next year’s trip to France. At the moment we are liaising with NST, an educational travel company with whom we travelled to France last year.  This trip was very successful and whilst I am happy to travel with them again, it is the cost that concerns me.  The cost of a four day trip (Monday to Thursday) is £328.  If we decide to go ahead with this trip, we will be leaving on Monday 5th July, 2010, and returning on Thursday 8th July.  However, we are also making enquiries with another group with whom we have also travelled in the past which may well be cheaper.  At the moment, though, we are awaiting to hear of their availability.

Whichever trip we decide to go ahead with, if you wish your child to be included, we will require a deposit of £50 by Monday 9th November, 2009.

On Wednesday 4th of November, at 7.00pm, we are holding a meeting for parents and pupils who are interested in the trip, when we will give you more information about the travel, accommodation and activities.  By that time I should have more information about the second company and we will have made a final decision as to who will be travelling with.  It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have. 

Please send deposits in a sealed envelope with your child's name and class on the front, to your child's teacher or the school office. I look forward to seeing you on the 4th November. Please complete the attached form before the meeting.
