We are delighted to tell you about a special event taking place on Wed 2nd December. The National family charity ‘Care for the Family’ will be in Luton presenting Motherhood - a Roller Coaster Ride 2009. This light-hearted evening will help every mum to stay sane when the pressure is on, and to enjoy and celebrate the good things about motherhood too.

At Motherhood - a Roller Coaster Ride 2009 you’ll hear real-life stories, practical tips and most of all encouragement. Some of the more challenging aspects of life as a mum will be covered, including:

• Why you’re not the only mum who struggles with guilt
• Which battles to fight - and which to avoid
• How to set boundaries - and make sure they work
• Above all, you are never alone
